About This Role

Design streetwear collections aligned with current trends and brand identity. Slug’s Era is an emerging streetwear clothing brand inspired by urban culture, bold identity, and creative self-expression. We are building a community-driven label and are looking for passionate creatives to grow with us from the ground up.

• Develop streetwear silhouettes and concepts
• Conduct trend research and mood board development
• Select fabrics and guide pattern development
• Collaborate on seasonal drops and capsule collections

verified Requirements

• Knowledge of fabrics, cuts, and garment construction
• Understanding of street culture and fashion trends
• Ability to conceptualize and sketch original designs

star Nice to Have

• Experience in streetwear or contemporary fashion
• Digital design proficiency (CLO, Illustrator, etc.)
• Sampling and production coordination knowledge
