The problem is therefore to develop a compact, non-invasive, wearable system capable of continuously sensing upper-body orientation, detecting sustained deviations from an individual's reference posture, providing immediate corrective feedback, and transmitting posture data to a mobile application for monitoring and analysis over time. Posture+ addresses this problem by integrating an IMU-based sensing system with an ESP32-S3 microcontroller, real-time haptic feedback, and a Bluetooth-connected mobile application to help users recognize and correct poor posture while developing awareness of their long-term posture patterns.
