You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing warehouse/supply chain strategies. Proficiency in the HR software is essential for this role.

• • Identify and acquire new customers for the Company's logistics and transportation
• services.
• • Generate business through prospecting, cold calling, client meetings, referrals and other
• sales activities.
• • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
• • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• • Coordinate with the Operations and Supply teams to ensure seamless execution of
• customer requirements.
• • Ensure timely collection of customer onboarding documents and maintain accurate
• customer records.
• • Follow up on enquiries, quotations and payment collections as required.
• • Prepare and submit periodic Demand reports, MIS and business updates.
• • Represent the Company professionally and maintain the highest standards of ethics
• and customer service.
• • Comply with all Company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• • Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company or
• Reporting Manager from time to time.
